Admission Criteria of Voivoda Labs

Prior to assisting you in getting angel investment we want to make sure you are going to be a fit to our company. We will carefully assess your product/service, your technology and road map, and your potential customers and competitors to determine if we have interest in investing.

  What are we looking for?

We are very selective when choosing our portfolio companies. The following are our ideal criteria for a potential portfolio company:

- Startups seeking angel funding with a current valuation of $2 million or less

- Startups with a product that has solid technical development behind it

- Two experienced founders with strong technology and business backgrounds

- Startups with a market ready product which already have a strong user base or are generating some sort of revenues

The first step to apply is filling out the form HERE. After the initial pre-screening, review of the executive summary, technology whitepaper and competitors analysis the potential candidates will be contacted for a follow-up to address any questions not answered by the documents provided. Once you get approved your startup will have the opportunity to become member of our Residency Program.
